I am a commercially-minded chartered accountant and finance professional with twenty five years of financial and project management expertise working with management teams, shareholders, funders, investors and governing bodies.Most recently I have worked within the Independent School sector as Director of Finance and Business Systems at The John Lyon School, Harrow. The School is part of John Lyon's Foundation that also includes Harrow School and The John Lyon Charity. I previously worked with Grant Thornton UK LLP as an Associate Director in the London office advisory practice specialising in turnaround and restructuring situations between 2007 and 2015, following the merger with RSM Robson Rhodes UK LLP, where I held a similar role. My work has typically focused on mid-market companies, developing practical solutions to improve their viability and funding positions.
