Stephen is a dynamic leader with experience driving a very diverse and large global team to meet both internal sales targets (growth/margin) and external customer KPI (Key Performance Indicator) expectations. He is currently the Technical Director at Weas Engineering providing guidance to a small sales team while also expanding the current Weas product line with new Technology solutions. Most of his professional career involved his tenure at Betz/BetzDearborn/Hercules/GE Water entities. He had commercial responsibility for the Air Products and Chemicals account the last 11+ years while also providing this client cooling water treatment best practice through his team of ~250 account managers & engineers worldwide. Stephen has won three sole supply contracts (~$14MM/yr) with this customer by building strong relationships at the Corporate and Executive management levels. He also has been highly effective at demonstrating Value Generation to this client by having delivered over $36MM/yr in productivity savings over the last decade.Prior to this role, Stephen was in Cooling Water R&D responsible for development of numerous proprietary cooling water treatments in use today and considered best practice throughout the industry.
