Responsible for the data migration and bill-to-bill analysis for an effort to establish a new billing and financial services application while transitioning off legacy company applications.

Responsible for the functional architecture, data model, design specifications, and delivery of multiple critical revenue system programs. Directed build of revenue applications for the client’s cable and mobile businesses, enabling customer level analytics via a modernized the technology stack, while supporting transition to SAP with a change in financial code block. Drove on-time implementation for a series of application builds despite a complex landscape delivering ~100 user interface screens and >50 external system interfaces. Analyzed client’s vast datasets (450M/mo. transactions across >150 attributes), performed data gap analysis versus functional specifications, and ultimately led gap remediation efforts required to fulfill financial compliance requirements and enhance management reporting capabilities. Conducted series of workshops with the business to drive detailed requirements; ultimately producing techno functional design specifications including data models, data flow diagrams, process models, and detailed data transformation rules. Enabled client adoption of application by developing a series of impact assessment models, providing keen ad hoc insights into the client’s data, and providing subject matter expertise to a client new to customer contract level accounting and analysis.
