I'm thrilled to be Executive Director of the Torrance-South Bay branch of the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles! This is a beautiful, large YMCA serving the communities of Torrance and the greater South Bay Area with a broad scope of impactful programs for Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility. Success is achieved through working with an innovative and visionary board of managers, best in class staff team, and strong partnerships and collaborations with stakeholders throughout the community.Additional Association responsibilities for Youth Sports including interfacing with strategic partners such as AEG (LA Kings, LA Galaxy), LA Clippers, LA Dodgers, and LA Sports Council.

Weingart Ymca Wellness And Aquatics Center

Overall operation of large, urban YMCA branch serving the community of South Los Angeles. Focus on staff development,board development, financial development, and community collaboration.

Independent Health Family Branch Ymca

Oversight of all operations at new, 94,000 square foot YMCA in Williamsville, NY, which features collaboration with local health care providers, two full gymnasiums, two pools, and numerous Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility programs.

Operational oversight of two Urban YMCA branches in Rochester, NY. Carlson MetroCenter YMCA - full facility YMCA with large licensed childcare center, and YMCA at Lewis Street Childcare Branch serving 130 children from inner city neighborhoods.

Started in Quality Assurance and Editorial role. Promoted to management in 2001. Managed Quality Assurance, Editorial, and Learning Services Administration teams in both Rochester and India.

Planned and implemented programs and activities for summer resident camp and year round support programs for children and families touched by cancer, AIDS, severe burns, and violence. Grew participation in year round programs by 40% and successfully guided summer camp through American Camping Association accreditation process with an overall score of 99%.
