I am a loyal, focused, dedicated, conscientious, confident, knowledgeable team member of JR McMahon Menswear, Lurgan.I have held the position of Assistant Manager since commencing with JR McMahon in December 2006.I have worked in Menswear retailing from the age of sixteen on a part time basis whilst studying and entering full time employment in Menswear in my early twenties. I throughly enjoy my job and pride myself in offering and providing exemplary customer service, excellent memory recall of previous purchases, good knowledge of styles and colours and have sold a wide range of clothing suppliers offering footwear, casualwear, formalwear and hire wear.I presently work for an independent retailer in my local town and have built up a good clientèle over the years and with customers of all ages. I seek to help them with their personal requirements and often go the 'extra mile' to ensure they feel valued and in bringing continued custom. I achieve a high level of personal sales in the shop and set myself high standards and personal sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis. I have regular contact with local and national suppliers, reps and agents and also of paramount importance in offering excellent after-sales care. In addition, I have responsibility for ensuring staff levels are adequate, till management duties, stock management duties, deal with customer complaints and returns and look after the petty cash.Furthermore, I am a key holder of my present employer, First Aid skills, assist with banking duties and help maintain a discrete level of security.
