Overseeing 130 stores covering the North West (Blackpool) to South West (Penzance).To ensure the in-store TradePoint offering was set up and managed to achieve maximum sales base and member recruitment/participation. Project management of 17 new TradePoint shops collaborating with Property Services, Merchandising Team, Recruitment and Training Teams..

Bournemouth, Taunton, Weymouth Stores

Retail Store Manager. Various appointments in stores up to 140,000 sq ft, headcounts 200. Planning, directing and overseeing the operation. Using skills of motivation, communication, decision making and understanding. Key responsibilities included sales, profit & loss, delivering corporate plan, colleague development, legislative adherence.

Bridport

Managing the 2nd highest seasonal store in the company. Created company seasonal trading pack for the company who hadn't previously traded in seasonal locations. Day to day store manager responsibilities. Completed a successful transfer process to a full trading Morrisons store following the acquisition of Safeway including the transfer of 250 employee.
