I work as a Business Manager for a small Charitable Community Benefit Society in the Isle of Harris. I am very proud to have lead the organisation through the difficult times of the pandemic and lockdowns, to now being in a period of growth. Working with the Board we have expanded the staffing team from 1 to 4. Over the last year I worked as part of a small team to raise over £90k in a Community Share Offer.I have developed a huge range of skills including writing funding applications, using Xero for financial reporting and managing a small team of staff.
