Preparing Works Manuals for various companies to Scottish Water Specifications.

Whilst at Scottish Water Solutions (Veolia) I was the Manuals Coordinator for over 300 works manuals (QSIIIa). I was part of the Works Manual Steering Group Pan Scotland which overseen the continued development of the manual specs to all the in-house and delivery partners. This introduced a major change to SW specs in April 2012. I was responsible for setting up the monitoring and reporting processes, and reporting back to Senior Management. In 2013, I established the Central Documentation Team to oversee the production of Works Manuals, working with design and delivery partners. In 2015, I became the Document Controller for Capex Key Deliveries which involved inputting documents onto Documentum and ensuring the list of documents met Capex compliance.

Technical publication department leader for GMJV (Galliford Try) in the producing of over 250 works manuals for Scottish Water to required specification through QSII and QSIII. I was part of the works manual steering group pan Scotland, which overseen the introduction and development of the manual specs to all the delivery partners. An integral part of my remit was setting up the monitoring and reporting processes to check the progress of works manuals, which I then reported back to Senior Management on an ongoing basis.
