Stephen Maduka is a T-shaped user experience specialist focused on building sustainable products, systems and implementing strategies for startups and SMEs. He is adept in three capacities: - Product Design & Analysis(User Experience & Prototyping)- Enterprise Project Handling (Digital Product)- Management Consultancy (Operations & People)He has equally delivered in other capacities as a design generalist, a product leader and management aid. This has allowed him explore and service a diverse clientele and different organisations as employee, employer and also consultant.As a T-shaped designer, he has served in roles as an independent contractor, professional instructor; delivering still/motion-based design collaterals for SMEs in the UK, Nigeria and other parts of East Africa. Between 2016 and 2021, through strategic partnership with CodeSpark, Project Enable Africa and the Litter Series initiative, he has successfully delivered 32 design skill trainings to over 4,450 personnel including persons with audio-visual disabilities. As a product leader, Stephen has designed and led several digital products for individuals, startups and large-scale businesses with products spanning across sub-sectors like FinTech, PropTech, Cryptocurrency and Tobacco Manufacturing. In 2022, he headed the design, development and deployment of a multifaceted mobile induction system for a notable multinational aimed to service thousands of employees within their West, East & Central African region.As a management aid, he has worked as a project lead, operations manager, general manager and management consultant. In 2017, he successfully led the management and co-ordination of Nigeria’s first Global Cybersecurity conference for the banking and finance sector sponsored by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
