This involved change initiatives in contracting, site management, logistics and performance measurement. I played a major role in the successful delivery of the P'nyang South 2 well pad - delivered on schedule and on budget while working through the wet season. Role included tendering, contract negotiation and administration, project controls and on-site performance reporting and health, safety, environmental and security reviews.
