Responsible to the Operations Director for the management, leadership and efficiency of the Billingham Rat & Boa site: a. Directly manage and report on the Warehouse Manager, Returns Manager and Customer Experience Manager.b. Coordinate training pathways to continually mentor and develop site teams.c. Work closely with department teams to analyze and monitor KPIs & Metrics for continuous improvements.d. Ensure all operational processes are carried out correctly and documented. e. Manage team holidays whilst ensuring operational outputs are maintained. f. Build and maintain strong relationships with global 3PLs and external suppliers.g. Manage and drive multiple projects from inception to execution. i. Optimizing all warehouse activities to meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeline targets.j. Effectively manage and resolve any arising problems or complaints.k. Support the HR Manager with recruitment, performance reviews, salary negotiations.
