Sr Project Manager overseeing projects from $3 to $70M. Projects included high end single family homes, commercial strata units, to multi family projects. Responsibilities include securing staff and contractors to deliver on time and on budget projects. Working with project owners to ensure all scopes of the project meet and exceed their expectations.Oversee the development of the companies Health and Safety program and associated documentation. Oversee the IT contractor to ensure all IT requirements are met.

Oversaw Linen and ES activities for AHS, including approximately 5,600 employees. Consolidated Linen Services with ES for all of Alberta Health Services; developed strategic plan and consulted with multiple stakeholders across the province.

Held key accountability and oversight of all Linen Services activities for AHS, with approximately 480 staff. Oversaw consolidation of services provided by seven previous health authorities into one provincial model; developed and implemented the long term strategic plan ensuring alignment with the overarching Alberta Health Services vision, mission and goals.

Led and directed an integrated and coordinated Laundry services and the Transportation system to support patient care with full budget discretion. Transportation system which included Motor Services that moved linen and supplies, the Regional Mail and Small Package (RMSP) system that delivered mail and lab samples throughout the region, and made 230 stops per day.

Oversaw provision of laundry services and transportation of supplies and goods throughout the Region that included long term planning, directing, organizing, and controlling activities of these areas.

Provided overall leadership, management, and administration of the support services departments of Transportation, Laundry, Food Services, Engineering & Maintenance, Stores, Purchasing and Housekeeping at AHP. This portfolio encompassed approximately 170 FTE’s with 8 direct reports.

Provided leadership in a number of positions including Director of Laundry Services, Manager of Information Services (project planning), Project manager, Manager of Support Services, Laundry Supervisor.
