The first 13 years of my career was spent in a large clinical recruiting firm, advancing through leadership roles to Vice President, Eastern Division, overseeing operations for the last 5 years of my tenure.In 2006, I pursued my lifelong dream of becoming an entrepreneur. My partners & I built a nationally recognized search firm known for an award-winning workplace culture & a fanatical commitment to our healthcare clients, resulting in a successful acquisition at the end of 2015. In 2018, I was asked to build the executive search firm subsidiary from scratch. We developed a high performing team successfully conducting executive searches at every level for a variety of nationally recognized healthcare institutions.I recently joined Buffkin / Baker, a Partner-led, boutique executive search firm based in Nashville, TN.
