Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance and quality of joint health and social care NHS contracts and other jointly commissioned activity in Hertfordshire. This includes:• Analysing key NHS performance data and statistics, working closely with provider informatics teams• Presenting to and discussing information with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels including Clinical Commissioning Groups, Strategic Commissioning Groups, County Council Management Board, carer groups etc• Leading on the negotiation of Commissioning for Quality and Innovation (CQUIN) goals and Quality Schedule for the local mental health trust (including CAMHS, Learning Disabilities and public health)• Developing and maintaining systems for contract management• Monitoring of quality and safety standards, including safeguarding alerts, serious incidents and quality assurance visits• Management of Quality Review and Contract Review meetings in line with the NHS standard contract• The implementation of Payment by Results in mental health services• Close working relationship with Clinical Commissioning Groups and Public Health• Supporting work around non-contracted activity• Supporting all areas of commissioning, including contributing to key strategies and needs assessments, including the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment

Developing and running customer insight projects to reduce costs, increase efficiency and better target services to those who need them the most. Strategically analysing and predicting future challenges to the borough and suggesting changes to procedures and processes. Developing reports, and providing detailed analysis, for customer related data, including from the corporate CRM system. Providing support to policy officers and the Chief Executive as necessary.

I was with HotProperty from 2001 until slightly after the company changed hands in 2008. As Head of Customer Services I managed a team of three, ensuring content published in two weekly print publications and on the website was accurate and timely. As a benefit of being in a small company I took on many other duties including day to day sales and customer statistics. • Learned to write reports using SQL, as well as interrogate our website property database and make changes and alterations as necessary• Problem-solving customer and business issues, acting as the link between the IT / technical area of the business and the customers• Learned to write regular expressions in order to extract property details from third party websites using bespoke system. Provided valuable input into subsequent re-writes of this system• Provided support for the finance team including managing banking and reporting of finances from the customers services and sales departments• Designed systems and processes to manage and record all bookings made by the sales team so that the results could be widely shared• Managed the publication of advertisements in all of the products, both print and web• Communicating with staff at all levels, from the Directors down
