With expertise in leading large, global projects related to security, regulatory compliance, and audits, I have spent the last 15+ years of my career with Optum, a division of United Health Group – the largest healthcare insurance company in the US. One of my greatest strengths is the ability to build confidence and trust with senior leadership and others throughout a large organization. With the executive presence to deliver messages with clear and concise project objectives and an exceptional record of leading large, geographically dispersed teams, I am able to forge strong, mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration. As United Health Group’s primary tool for growth is acquisitions, I have been involved in more than 100 M&As. As a result of this experience, I have developed best practices for integrations and learned how to navigate the tactical and cultural aspects of acquisitions.
