Processing application documents for all applicants and candidates, which include: interviewing, scheduling medical and exams, ensuring deadlines are met/ proctor physical fitness test when required, administer aviation tests, and the scheduling of contract dates. all administrative matters to include: mission planning, advertising, social media usage. and logistical matters necessary to complete the recruiting mission.Preparing candidates for Officer Candidate Course by coordinating meetings and maintaining the physical fitness of the pool and of New Working Applicants.Planning and the conducting Enhanced Area Canvassing events, University/College visits, career fairs, and Marine Corps Air presentations
