30 years of service with Enterprise Engineering Services , serving my time as a welder with qualifications in all processes and all materials .2004 saw me progress to a team leader which involved me co-ordinating other welders and ensuring work completed on time in a safe manner .2010 saw me progress again to the position of welding supervisor which involved pre job planning , supervision of charge hands and welders and relating information to all aspects of the business.2016 saw me embark on then first steps to become a welding co-ordinator but unfortunately this could not be maintained due to insolvency of the company .Hard working and enthusiastic i believe i would be an asset to any company looking for a welder or any charge-hand , supervisor position .
