Companywide comms reporting with clear planning, tracking and management of risks and issues. • Build, lead and implement Strategy to re-engineer full end to end communication process across white mail including supplier review. Business case realisation of £800k.• Successfully led email supplier tender into Sky’s communications network giving a proper digital first solution. • Strategic Partner relationship management across 3 suppliers including Royal Mail, Whistl. (TNT) and various print and mailing houses

Leadership responsibility across liaison and offer management ensuring the effective deployment of all offers in line with quarterly trading activity and the elicitation of Marketing requirements delivered within Capex Portfolio and offer management. Marketing Stakeholder in small change arena with overall responsibility of business case and realisation of all sponsored changes.

Liaison role between Marketing and Customer Operations responsible for the elicitation of Marketing requirements delivered within Capex Portfolio, system change and offer management. Ensuring time, quality & cost were the main focus during Delivery, reviewing and sign off on all test output.
