I am currently working as an Automation & Controls Engineer at FAST Technologies. I am responsible for leading projects from concept & design to final installation. My main responsibilities include creating control panel schematics and programming PLC's and HMI's using either Bosch Rexroth or Siemens platforms.Other projects include the implementation of industrial and collaborative robots which I programme to customer requirements. These include ABB, Staubli and Universal Robots.In my previous role of working as a Field Service Engineer at S3 Alliance, I worked with various different semiconductor equipment manufactures to install their equipment in wafer fabrication facilities across Europe. The equipment was installed, qualified and maintained with training provided to operators, technicians and engineers.The equipment covered a wide range of applications within wafer fabrication with some key sectors being Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP), Wet Etching & Drying, Plasma Etching and Coating.
