As a Fitness Instructor at LW Management, I help clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their health and well-being. I design and deliver customized exercise programs, monitor and evaluate progress, and provide feedback and guidance. I also maintain a safe and clean gym environment, and assist with administrative tasks and customer service.I am pursuing a Bbus in Recreation and Leisure Management at Munster Technological University, with a focus on Sports and Exercise. I am passionate about learning the theoretical and practical aspects of the recreation and leisure industry, and developing my skills and knowledge in areas such as management, marketing, finance, and law. I have completed certifications such as Gym Instruction and Group Fitness Instruction, issued by REPs Ireland. I have previous experience as a Supervisor at Lifestyle Sports, where I gained valuable supervisory, time management, and organizational skills.
