CurrentTechnical Services Analyst Charged with delivering Tier II-IV systems support spanning all networks, end-to-end hardware, software/applications, and peripherals. Responsible for all aspects of IT throughput; serving 900+ users in a “button-down” legal practice environment requiring rapid, fail-safe, efficient, and sustainable solutions that bolster consummate client attention. Project manager helping lead digital transformations and system/OS migrations. Recognized as a key organization-wide stakeholder driving firm’s objective to be perceived as “the technical law firm”. • Day-to-day includes desktop imaging and creation via MS Deployment Toolkit (MDT); remote monitoring and support; asset tracking; application support (MS 2007 through O365); utilization of iManage DMS. • Led branch-by-branch Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration, including all of Bellevue; installation, support, and documentation, and all related data migration. • Leading end-to-end migration from local Exchange servers to Cloud/O365 including data and hardware assessments; email; firewalls; ticketing system; troubleshooting TIER II/III issues, backend and networks. Collaborating with Desktop and Unified Communications groups; overarching goal to move entire org to Thin Client/Citrix server environment. • Created and implemented the “Employee Walkaround” program (Bellevue two days; Seattle three days); in-person visits to check-in and ensure all technology running smoothly; answering customer/end-user questions and resolving issues as needed. Toggled during Covid to a Virtual program. • Recognized as key contributor to firm’s Covid-era migration to a remote work environment; establishment of Best Practices/compliant processes. Worked 60-70 hours per-week to keep every employee up-and-running.
