With years of combined experience in emergency management and public health preparedness, I am a certified and skilled professional who is passionate about protecting and serving the communities Arkansas. As the Deputy Director at Dallas County Office of Emergency Management, I assist the Director in overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of emergency plans, policies, and procedures for the county, as well as coordinating with local, state, and federal agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient disaster response and recovery operations.In addition, I am also the Regional Public Health Preparedness Coordinator at Arkansas Department of Health, where I am responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive public health preparedness program for the region, including planning, training, exercising, and evaluating the public health system's capabilities and capacities to respond to various hazards and threats. I also foster strong partnerships and collaboration with local health units, hospitals, emergency medical services, and other community organizations to enhance the health and safety of the population.
