Our starting point is a comprehensive review of the organisational structure, policies and procedures, intercompany legal agreements, and current portfolio of intellectual property assets. From this review we develop a mutual understanding with our client of the internal operations of the enterprise group, how the group interacts with the outside world, and the regulatory frameworks within which the group operates.
