Currently, this dynamic sector is at the confluence of demographic, technology, and economic changes that with appropriate focus, promises fair returns to investors and owners in a legacy sustaining manner.This is the natural extension of my prior experiences where I have led teams in developing, framing, and deploying corporate and function strategies, established and driven teams developing innovative approaches to longstanding challenges, new strategic threats and value generating opportunities presented by the rapid evolution of technology. Internationally I have led a cross functional team through a multi billion-dollar brownfield infrastructure M&A transaction in the US and driven the commercial aspects of equity contract negotiations in major greenfield, P3 transactions. My career in top tier management consulting included working effectively with senior executive and operational client teams in large and medium size companies to make data supported decisions and acted on a range of commercial opportunities including organic and inorganic market entry; business unit divestment options; organizational restructuring; operating and process improvement; cost reduction across many sectors; project delivery and program governance.I get invigorated when collaborating with intellectually agile, cooperative individuals who are inclined toward taking calculated risks in contexts often characterized by ambiguity.
