•Quick response to daily assigned tickets by IT manager dealing with both in-house and onsite issues •Act as an escalation point for answering and resolving support cases and presenting issues at all levels •On-site, nationwide calls as required by clients focusing on issues that cannot be dealt with remotely•Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Microsoft technologies from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and server 2003 to server 2016 and any other authorized desktops applications on new and used hardware•Perform overall preventative maintenance on all devices and networks associated with Sord and its clients•Ensure the weekly backups of all client’s windows servers •Sales of products to existing customers with the benefit of keeping up to date with the latest technologies and ensuring all products run efficiently for maximum productivity•Experience in large-scale upgrades and deployments of Windows client operating systems (MDT, WDS, ACRONIS)•Assessing, designing and Installing wireless solutions•Ability to resolve complex hardware and software faults proficiently •Experience with physical computer systems building – servers, laptops, and desktops•Maintain a hands-on approach to operational and service issues focusing on prevention rather than fix to ensure SLA’s and service excellence are maintained•Building and maintaining good working relationships with staff and clients by proactively seeking to understand their expectations•Proven excellent customer relations and communication skills•Assist help desk and new employees by offering guidance, support, and in-house training •Completion of all relevant documentation and paperwork, attending weekly meetings, customer service, ensure all completed tickets are updated, update calendar daily tracking workload, prioritize and schedule work on a needs basis, report to IT manager daily – discussing on-going work and training
