Mathematics changed my life.I always thought my dream was to be a bookseller, working in an independent bookshop, reading advance copies and picking the next bestseller to change someone else’s life. I gravitated towards book buying, to chain bookselling and finally to Head Office, where bookselling became a bit too remote.. Always fascinated by mathematics, what began as a part-time stress distraction developed into a spark that has ignited a passion. To educate myself, to strive and persevere, then to enthuse and inspire young people.My personal and professional experiences have taught me this about myself:-
