CurrentFacilitating the implementation of the ISO Accredited Optimise framework to improve the overall productivity and performance of PWC projectsResponsible for inbedding Optimise Framework throughout the business to deliver operational Excellence. Engage with Operations to Deliver, Maintain and enhances the Optimise framework.Support and advise teams on Operational Excellence and Business ImprovementsWork with the Service towers to Identify and manage improvement projects.Evaluate the feasibility of improvement projects.Establish a culture of high performance by Set high performance standards, continually review performance, provide feedback and recognise success and achievements.Manages a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.Provides best practice challenges to Managed Services processes.Uses multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.An overview of the Optimise Framework and can guide the team.Drives Operational Excellence throughout Operate.Help teams understand their own issues / opportunities and how to resolve them. This will be achieved through educating, coaching, challenging and expanding perspectives.Implements process improvement projects and leading cross functional project teams.Supports implementation & improvement of workflow and work management tools.Supports the transition of new contracts from existing client functions to our Managed Services model ensuring adherence to the Delivery Office frameworks and governance structures.Works collaboratively with the wider senior management team to promote and support the vision of the Delivery OfficeAnalyses complex ideas or proposals and builds a range of meaningful recommendations.Drive, commitment and follow through to achieve results.
