I've worked in manufacturing my whole life. From inspection to machine operator, lead to Supervisor. Now with almost 4 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience I'm ready for my next challenge. I've been through mentor training programs and used that for several years mentoring new hires at Vallourec. I was part of the process audit team and did 5-S lean manufacturing for 8 plus years. I believe my years of on the job training and experience shows that I can tackle and accomplish any task put before me. I'm forklift certified, I have experience operating man lifts, I have ran several different types of cnc machines, I have press brake experience, shear experience, NDT machine experience, I'm familiar with AutoCAD, I can weld, I can use Plamsa and oxygen/acetylene torches, and I can diagnose and repair most any machine and peice of equipment.
