The general brief for my roles at Aussie was to significantly revamp teams, processes and systems to enable the significant growth and change for the organisation.The Head of Broker and Customer Services role was responsible for the provision of industry leading support and systems to the 1,100 Aussie Brokers and 220 Stores including broker remuneration, broker contact centre, customer contact centre, sales system administration and broker lifecycle processing.Key deliverables in the role have included the digital transformation of the broker support model utilising Salesforce, the roll-out of a value add Online Community and successfully implementing a new improved commissions system.A highlight also has been the successful insourcing of Aussie’s Customer Contact Centre, which has led to improved customer NPS as well as generating efficiencies for the business
