Started out in the Cumbernauld branch where I started out as a sales team leader moving onto Assistant manager and continuing my progression into my current role of store manager.

Worked on the t-mobile contract, answering and servicing all aspects of the customer and giving support on different aspects of the mobile network from assisting with bill queries to changing customer contracts.

Started as a table cleaner when I was 15 just received my NI card and worked in this position until I was 16 where I was able to learn how to use the industrial dishwasher learned all aspects of this machine and was then able to serve customers on the main foyer with hot food, tea and coffee from here I moved into the burger king unit as a team member where I sat the service supervisor course and completed the BMT course which enabled me to be a key holder for the unit. During my time here I worked in the shop as a retailer, covered shifts as the site cleaner and helped out on the forecourt as a fuel attendant. Was flexible in all areas of the business which meant I could cover all areas when required.
