I have over 10 years experience working in IT. I have experience in various different roles. Currently I'm working as a Capacity and Availability manager for BT. I ensure customers networks are right sized, utilised correctly and available when needed. Previous to this I was a service delivery manager working on large complex network deliveries. I worked with some of the largest companies in the UK and ensured their network was delivered on time and all components were active when needed.I have also worked as a service desk engineer ensuring all first line queries are dealt with immediately and correctly. Prior to BT, I worked for the world's largest medical insurance company, UnitedHealth Group. I was an SME working on complex medical claims and had a team of 10 staff that I managed. In my time off, I like to play football and go to the gym. I spend around 10 hours a week training in the gym and I believe this is necessary to keep focused and stay healthy. I've also studied nutrition in my spare time and have numerous qualifications in this area.
