In my role as Operations Manager, I managed the day-to-day operations of one branch (head office) and a staff of 14. I set ambitious goals and developed strategic plans to achieve corporate targets that consistently exceeded business expectations. I was able to support growing the business every quarter for six (6) consecutive quarters during my tenure with Office Stuff 2.0.

Manage, train and develop both training and service offerings for world class service shops that offer a unique variety of services to help keep customers and their equipment moving. Every one of the Technicians goes through extensive training to develop the skills necessary to diagnose and tune products based on customer needs, both online and hands-on training through programs that I helped develop and administer. Customer service and product services for bikes, new skate, skis, and racquets were my sole focus while in this role.
