Manage security personnel on a 24 hour basis, hire/fire, performance appraisal, salary adjustments, shift schedules, and work assignments. Conduct departmental training. Conduct facility audits focusing on OSHA General Industry Standards. Oversee the forklift training and accident investigations. I’m Responsible for overall safety and security of company assets and personnel. Lead investigator on allegations and reported thefts. Perform necessary administrative functions. Assist in the design, implementation and management of all corporate security systems to include, CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) monitoring equipment, Burglar and Fire alarm systems, ID card access systems. Manage the ongoing maintenance of all the above security systems. Act as liaison between WMS and security system vendors to coordinate corporate security system installation and maintenance. In the absence of the Corporate Security Director act as the first responder to all physical security needs corporate wide.

Work with current and potential clients to meet their Real Estate needs. Create marking strategies for listings to assure that the property is getting viewed by potential buyers. Locate property that best fits the needs of my clients looking to own property.
