As SVP, Deputy General Counsel at Endeavor, I lead the Company’s global labor and employment practice, managing legal personnel in the US, EMEA and APAC. I have been practicing law for nearly 30 years, including as a Partner in BigLaw and in other in-house roles, including 17 years at AT&T where I served as Associate General Counsel. My legal expertise spans litigation (including significant class action defense experience), appellate advocacy, M&A, negotiations, labor relations and collective bargaining, liaising with state and federal government agencies and responding to governmental inquiries, legislative relations, and compliance. I am a trusted C-Suite advisor, a seasoned developer of talent, a mentor, and I excel at leading large, diverse teams of professionals. My roots are in the Midwest. I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in history before earning my law degree from the University of Wisconsin. Thereafter, I became a Partner at McGuireWoods LLP in Chicago. I relocated to California following AT&T’s acquisition of DirecTV in 2015, and now I spend whatever free time I have visiting my adult children who are scattered across the U.S., discovering new music, hitting live gigs in Los Angeles or wherever my travels take me, and trail running in the mountains of Southern California.
