In my role as Customer service Provider in the QLD Investments Team, I gained knowledge in the MasterKey Investment and Super products. I became a reference point for others in investments and for the Adviser and Client Service Centres. I was also in contact with numerous Adviser groups in the course of my daily tasks and established excellent relationships, assisting in the timely processing of quality payment and maintenance tasks.
