I am an Engineer that has accumulated over 14 years of experience in the automotive and on-road heavy equipment industries as an individual contributor and people manager. I've worked in both front and back end product development including mass production and one-off designs. Through a wide range of professional experiences and positions of increasing responsibility, I have grown into a competent and capable leader. My passion is rooted in the development of new products, services, and teams. I am heavily invested in creating, executing, and optimizing new processes in order to best serve my customers. I promote proven methods in disciplined design and production, which are critical to ensuring the best possible results for any activity. I have a desire to achieve a deep understanding of how things function, while simultaneously leveraging lessons learned and product history/maturity during the design process. I take pride in supporting the development of my team members to ensure that we can achieve our goals. My greatest satisfaction is watching my team members grow both professionally and personally. The best part of being a people manager is facilitating a cohesive working environment and bringing out the best in those around me. I am grateful for all of the people who have worked with me, and I take tremendous pride in those relationships. My main focus as a people manager is to ensure my team members are given the same opportunities that I have received, and much more.
