Recruited to work with Paric Mcglynn to establish new business acting as the lead cycling analyst. Part of a three person team to cultivate vendor relations, increase brand awareness, implement fit-studio and analysis lab. Create retail merchandising plan and build customer infrastructure. ▪ Work with the USAT development team and coach Jonathon Hall to optimize equipment while implementing training strategies for eight Olympic athletes. ▪ Collaborate with our select manufacturers, to develop full custom bike solutions from premier manufacturers including; Trek, Felt, Parlee, Alchemy, Orbea, Zipp, 3T, SRM, Rotor, Cobb, X- Lab, Endura, Bontrager, Garmin and many others.▪ Collaborate with world-class Physical Therapists, Nathan Koch and Sports Scientists, Ben Stone to perfect athletes’ endurance, power and efficiency on the bike, utilizing wind tunnel equipment to improve aerodynamics and interpreting data for client. ▪ Manage relationship with top client, Trek Bike Co. to design and implement Trek Precision Fit curriculum on fit methodology; teach curriculum to retailers nation-wide.▪ Participated in studies for the development of cycling specific motion capture analysis cameras and software.▪ Conduct 3 hour comprehensive analysis including: detailed interview, history and goals, flexibility and core strength assessments, foot evaluation, high speed multi-camera video analysis, and saddle pressure mapping.

Hired to implement, establish and manage first fit studio in new retail space. ▪ Averaged 22 custom bike fits per month, exceeding goals for 9 consecutive months by more that 20% after inception of fit program▪ Responsible for ninety percent of bike sales in the first, second, and third quarter with an average of $2800.00 per sale.▪ Created and implemented strategy, policies and procedures for fit studio. ▪ Collaborated with buying department on market specific equipment to invest in.

▪ Provide overarching strategy to company owners to implement marketing tactics to increase brand awareness.▪ Responsible for the hiring, training and development of 15 staff members in 2 locations and coordination of new product launch training. ▪ Managed the day-today operations including; negotiations with manufacture sales representatives, POS, invoicing, inventory to stay within the company budget.▪ Maintained the highest level of gross sales for five consecutive years averaging over $300,000 annually while implementing the first BG fit studio.
