Store Manager
CurrentOVERVIEW: Hold full accountability for the teams, departments, and overall performance of a store thatgenerates $5.5M+ in annual revenues. Lead a team of ~110, including 13 direct-report DepartmentLeads; report to the District Manager. Collaborate with the Office Coordinator to resolve in-store HRissues. Manage all aspects of inventory.SALES & PROFITS: Establish daily sales goals with department leads and distribute the merchandisingplan from sales managers to implement at the store level. Conduct weekly sales meetings withdepartment managers to review figures and objectives. Analyze P&L statistics monthly to determine winsand opportunities for revenue gains. Manage daily figures such as labor, sales, shrink, and gross profit toachieve plan set by the corporate office.SAFETY & COMPLIANCE: Maintain daily and annual compliance with fire safety codes, state and federalgovernment health department requirements, and business certification requirements. Create and ensureadherence to corporate training guides and hazardous waste procedures. Maintain proper bookkeepingrecords. Prioritize food safety on a daily basis. Ensure the facility meets all safety and health standards.TEAM LEADERSHIP: Train, coach, and develop department managers on various activities such asanalyzing financials, establishing and enforcing expectations for their teams, and fulfilling theorganizational mission. Contribute to talent acquisition and development by interviewing candidates,onboarding employees, and training teams.CUSTOMERS & VENDORS: Ensure the optimal delivery of service to customers. Partner with multiplevendor groups on space allocation to improve sales and units (e.g., Coke, Pepsi, Frito’s, Bimbo).
