Momentum Gaming a service provider within the current Victorian gaming Industry model, currently looking to expand its current business opportunities though offering a Venue Design and fit-out service. Momentum Gaming will provide a consultation service that includes Project Managment to Clubs and Hotels within the Victorian Gaming Industry. We will provide a service that will include but not limited to project managing your refurbishments within your gaming area, provide advise on your venues design and layout , lodge paperwork and plans with the VCGLR, provide the most up to date floor plans and machine layouts for your venue getting the best results for your new or existing product. We will also work in consultation with your achitects, designers & builders, as well as facilitating contractors such as bases manufacturers and any power and data requirements specific to gaming. Providing a full hr. by hr. and day by day program for your refurbishment or fit out as needed to ensure full complicence within your Gaming Area, including onsite attendance at the final VCGLR inspection.

Integrated Gaming Services, provides consultation, services and Project Managment to Clubs and Hotels within the Victorian Gaming Industry. I will also work in consultation with your achitects, designers, builders and contractors or any other consultants as needed to ensure full complicence within your Gaming Area.

As Senior Project Manager, I am currently managing the Opel Australia rollout. Tjis rollout is a complex rollout to a car dealership network nationally. Managing the sites, installation, transport of goods and providing floor laytouts nad budgets to the dealerships. This is an ongoing project for Adherettes. Thne Opel project involved travelling extensively internationally to visit and negotiate with suppliers and to review sites. All products were manufactured overseas and imported into Australia, all of which I have managed as part of the stage 1 rollout. I also overseeing projects such as ANZ, Kia, NAB to mention a few. Part of my role is also to oversee and contribute to numerous tender proposals to clients. I also mentor and manage a group of fantasic PM's who deliver complex projects and are very dedicated individuals who I am extremely proud of.

Working closely with Tabaret venues and key stakeholders, my key responsibility was the delivery and management of venue capital works, refurbishments and or any upgrade works within the restricted gaming area on behalf of the gaming operator (Tabcorp) and the venue operator. Working with key stakeholders, such as venue operators, architects, builders, thirs party contractors, all the time ensuring works were being carried out in accordance with the VCGR guidelines and state government legislation. The facillitation of gaming room works, be it room upgrades, full refurbishments or total redevelopments, ensuring the planning and timing and programing of works, comminicating to key stakeholders internally and externally, and ultimely the increase of revenue through the implementation of the works.

Working my way through the ranks at Target, I started on the sales floor holding various store managment and senior store management roles. After 13 years at store and operational level, I had the opportunity to change tact and accepted a position as store presentation, store layout and visual merchandising manager for a number of catagories / divisions at the Target Head Office in Geelong.
