Supervised daily operations such as scheduling of staff and programs, budgeting, and legal issues. Administered facilities maintenance, new construction funding and selling public bonds. Championed effective fundraising efforts as primary contact for the district's educational foundation raising extra funds needed for music, arts, and technology programs. Maintained budget despite cost increases in basic supplies, capital equipment, goods and services. Charged with accurate inventory management, delegation and tracking.
