Responsible for: full P&L of the --Knicks, Rangers, Liberty and Hartford Wolfpack. Driving and managing all aspects of the revenue generation, managing all aspects of day to day operations and strategic development of the business. Managed and evaluated the performance of basketball and hockey operations, which included assessing the team's performance and effectiveness of the general managers, coaches, players, training and medical staff. Worked with team GM's to develop player personnel plans including free agent signings; the drafting and signing of college/amateur players. Also responsible for; overseeing the strategy of managing the player salary caps in the NBA, NHL and WNBA.

2002 - 2003 President, Sports Team OperationsHad P&L responsibility for the Knicks, Rangers and Liberty while overseeing all business operations, revenue generation and growth initiatives.; Oversaw the Business Operations of the New York Knicks, which included all marketing, sales, community relations, budgeting and strategic planning.

The NBA is the largest organization committed to the global marketing of a single sport. Career started when company consisted of fewer than 50 employees. The company has over 1,000 employees and offices; Tokyo and Geneva, Joined the NBA as an entry level Account Executive in sponsorship sales and over time managed and developed a full range of domestic and global initiatives.
