I maintained a great ability to communicate effectively and operate as functional member of a team and found it to be a key factor to a successful days production.The approach to quality with respect to production held high on management priority; I accounted due diligence as a benchmark in all aspects of production from baking to cleaning on a daily basis.I considered time-keeping and punctuality to be a strong point in my employment out of respect for my employers and colleagues.The bakery operated push and pull production system and I feel I provided a good contribution to the pull aspect by being ready and able to change a schedule to suit any production order that may occur.The role as a baker requires a great deal of paperwork for quality control and traceability, I found myself quite capable of adhering to the quality system as it constantly adapted to new and better practices.
