Responsible for the set up and launch of the UK’s newest Bentley Dealership in January 2012, initially with 7 staff, this has now grown to 16. We worked with like minded affinity partners to raise the profile of our businesses to each others clients, this has been highly successful in cross pollination of new customers. This partnership helped raise over £60,000 for the Charity EACH. We achieved our new car target every year since inception. 100% New Car CSI 2015 YTD. Balance scorecard top five in two of the first 3 years, At the 2014 UK Awards we received a customer care nomination, and I also won the Special Achievement Award for our work with Affinity partners, Customer contact and creative marketing. 2014 Bentley Aftersales Performance winner.
