• Planning and reporting/ logging. Scheduling, completing service reports, weekly inventory, use of internal company database to order parts and maintain inventory. • Provide biomedical maintenance and preventative maintenance services in house and on site. • Have frequent telephone and face to face meetings with customers doctors nurses, vendors, and professional staff. • Provide customer service by assisting UHS customers via telephone, fax, e-mail and in person daily. Work together with customers and hospital employees in New York and New Jersey facilities to provide the best care possible for patients.• Repair, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment, devices, and systems.
