Stephen is one of Australia’s leading Workplace Strategist and Designers. After being a Director of Geyer in Sydney, Stephen founded Futurespace in 2001. Futurespace delivered well over a million square metres of innovative workplaces throughout Australia and Asia for leading global and Australian companies Some of those client’s included Google, Microsoft, Coles, JLL, Fortescue, IAG, Aware Super, The Reserve Bank, APRA, The NBN, MinterEllison and PWC. Stephen has now founded Next Workplace to be able to focus solely on workplace strategy, rather than other sectors and internal business management. For someone who has been passionate about the strategy behind design solutions, he now finds himself in the most interesting and challenging time in workplace design that he has ever seen, and he wants to focus 100% on that challenge. At Next Workplace Stephen looks forward to being able to work with businesses that are brave and want to push the boundaries of what is possible, as the world of work evolves faster than ever. Next Workplace will help businesses interpret and navigate their way through all the “noise” that is out there to the best solution for their people.Stephen believes that many organisations’ workplaces are broken and do not function effectively anymore.
