I graduated from the University of Abertay Dundee in 2014 with an honours degree in Sports Coaching. I had previously graduated from Dundee College with a HND in Sports Coaching in 2011.I worked part time throughout my studies at university with Leisure & Culture Dundee and The Scottish FA as a football coach. In this role I would lead classes as part of the cities football program in schools in afternoon and evening classes coaching primary school children. In 2013 I took on some scouting responsibilities with the Scottish FA. In this role I would monitor Scottish FA performance school players and provide feedback to the regional performance coach. In April 2015 I started working for Arnold Clark in Dundee as a Sales Executive. This was a huge challenge for me and a step out of my comfort zone as I had never worked in sales or retail before. I left to pursue a career that was more suited to my skill set and qualifications. In March 2016 I began working with Dundee City Council as an Assistant Education Resource Worker within Offsite Education Services based at Dundee & Angus College at a programme called PACE. In June 2021 I moved into the role of Education Resource Worker. In February 2022 I had the opportunity to move into the Senior Education Resource Worker role for 3 days a week. This role gave me the opportunity and experience of the day to day management of the programme and leading a core staff team.In August 2022 I moved to another Offsite Education Programme based at Dundee & Angus College called RISE and continued in my role as Education Resource Worker.
