I started working with brac maendeleo Tanzania as area agriculture coordinator in maize subsector we were working with LEAD (Livelihood Enhancement through Agricultural Development) project.Job description.• Organizing farmers into small groups called producer groups.• Training producer groups on the best agricultural practices• To provide inputs to producer groups for the application of knowledge we trained them• To connect producer groups with stakeholders like agrodealers,extension officers and market actors like traders for purchasing their produces.• To link producer groups with other organization so that they can learn other skills in agriculture like PPTL ,FARM AFRICA,IITA,BYTRADE.• To collect reports every month from my branches and to submit to my regional coordinator.• To conduct market assessment in very quarterly season of the project.
