I have twenty six years experience in the steel industry where I have progressed through various operator and management levels within the organisation. I spent six years practicing as a Safety Advisor before transferring in to operations where I am now an Operation Coordinator responsible for the safety, service and standards of the operating team.This includes effectively meeting the contract needs of the customer, driving a strong positive safety culture and focusing on operational costs with the aim of maximising all available resources.
