• Assisting in monitoring National policies and current Bills before National Assembly, Senate and County Assemblies relating to Finance, Planning, Economic Affairs and Resource Mobilization.• Assist in developing strategic plans, proposals, concept notes, advisories, briefing notes, speeches, media reports and presentations.• Assisting in preparation of quarterly and annual reports and track the implementation of the annual work plan and budget thereof.• Assisting in monitoring International best practices and emerging trends and technologies with respect to Finance and Economic Affairs.• Assisting in monitoring any Inter- County agreements relating to Finance, Planning, Economic Affairs and Resource Mobilization being shared among Counties.• Assisting in facilitation and coordination of committee meetings and develop reports after the committee meetings.• Assisting in monitoring the media and generate briefs on matters related to Finance, Planning, Economic Affairs and Resource Mobilization and matters related thereto.• Documentation of all matters related to the Finance, Planning, Economic Affairs.• Recording decisions and key elements of discussions at committee meetings.• Representing the Council in matters related to the Finance, Planning, Economic Affairs and Resource Mobilization Committees and follow up briefing on issues discussed.

• Primary Data collection on SurveyCTO: I assisted with translations, piloting surveys and actual data collection.• Ensured data integrity was maintained always and minimized errors in survey administration.• Interacted with community members and project partners with the highest level of integrity and understanding.• Monitored and evaluated project implementation with the guidance of the research associate and reported on a daily basis.• Performed office duties and other administrative support functions such as filing, record maintenance, call scheduling and answering to correspondence.
