I am an accomplished CNC Machinist with extensive experience working in numerous precision engineering companies , Specialising in the operation and maintenance of Swiss sliding head CNC machines. I have worked with a variety of Citizen Machinery models including Cincom models such as the M32, L12, L20, M16 and A20 models. With this I also have experience working with the fixed head Miyano series producing high-precision parts for industries such as medical device manufacturing.My expertise lies in maintaining tight tolerances while ensuring the highest quality standards, adhering to GDP documentation, and complying with ISO 13485:2016. I have a proven ability to deliver complex components consistently, meeting stringent specifications and exceeding customer expectations.Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Precision Engineering at the Technological University of the Shannon. Through my studies, I am gaining both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in designing, manufacturing, and testing precision components and systems.
